On Telegraph Ave. from W. Grand to 27th St. 5pm – 9:30 pm
I’ll be at First Friday Oakland this month! … with fine art prints and tshirts for sale, all in line with this month’s theme “the last days of oakland” … come see me.
“These T-shirts are printed with my linocut #OaklandSignage Series images depicting memorable #Oakland businesses to capture a cultural time period that’s disappearing before our eyes. I encourage us all to slow down and look at Oakland with respectful understanding, through reflecting on its defining memories, not allowing it to be forgotten in the bustle of hasteful gentrification.” ~ Yolanda Cotton Turner, Artist Website:www.cottonturner.com
